Initial consultation (60 min)

In these consults we go over your concerns and documentation to establish the program to suit your needs and is the opportunity for you to discuss your priorities and goals.   With a base line of biometric measures taken to assess in further consultations, along with in-depth questioning on your health, family history, lifestyle, diet and the medication's / supplement's your taking, along with an assessment of any blood test results you have.

This consult will also give you an understanding of the road nutrition will provide you and its benefits.

(35 min)

After your first initial consult, follow up questions and a review on the treatment plan will be assessed to see where adjustments need to be made, or additional plans and lifestyle modifications are required within your treatment.  

These are usually booked 2 to 4 weeks after your first appointment, with the number of consults you require, dependent on your health condition and your goals.  

You will always be provided with the tools and support to continue improvement in health / understand how to manage your treatment.

(75 min)

An extended consult is provided for patients wanting a more in-depth discussion on their nutritional intake, improvements that can be made, with strategies to support achievement in goals or analysis of body scan, iridology and/or complex medical conditions.

Again, usually booked 2 to 4 weeks after first consult, OR have been longer than 6 weeks, to ensure we have an agreeable plan to move you forward.
